    JMC: : Government Scam title changed from failed school to "ACADEMIES " .  Another government scam title "STUD AND STABLE STAFF"  given to hide government fraudulent theft of other peoples hard earned cash.  Top professional horsemen paid a minimum wage the same as learner students. Horrifically dangerous for starters. But government have been getting away with this dodgy financial fraud practice left ongoing over the last 7 decades.
